Rates Information
- All rates are based on 7 nights.
- A 9% Government Tax will be added to all rates.
- Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom.
- Bookings for this villa will be accepted from Sat-Sat Only.
- Minimum booking is 7 nights except for Christmas & New Year’s where a 14 night minimum is required.
- Above rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Reservations must be accompanied by a $1,000 U.S. deposit at the time of booking to hold the reservation (if reservation made more that 60 days in advance of the intended travel date).
- Payment in full is required 60 days in advance of travel date, or, at the time the reservation is made, if within 60 days of travel date.
- If a reservation is cancelled 90 days or more in advance of the travel date, a full refund will be given.
- If a reservation is cancelled 30 – 90 days in advance of the travel date, the renter will forfeit the $1,000 U.S. deposit unless a replacement booking is made. The balance of any payment made will be refunded.
- If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of travel date, the entire payment amount will be forfeited by the renter. In this event, The Stone House at Oyster Pond Management will undertake all reasonable affords to re-rent the Villa for the period in question, and, if successful, will pass on the net revenue from this re-rental to the original renting party. Should extreme weather conditions in Sint Maarten make it impossible for you to travel to the island for your reserved time, you will be entitled to book any other available week within the same pricing category within the next 12 months as a replacement.
